Transferring Is Easy
- Reach out. Call us or book online and let us know you’re transferring. Your first visit is free.
- Share your records. With your permission, we’ll request X-rays, scans and treatment notes from your previous orthodontist. If you have a copy of your treatment agreement, please bring it.
- Meet Dr. Zar. Dr. Sean Zar will check your progress and explain what’s left to finish your treatment.
- Get a clear plan. We’ll go over the remaining treatment, your timeline and your fee, and help you use your insurance benefits.

It’s completely natural to want another perspective before starting treatment, or if your current treatment isn’t going the way you expected. We’ll review your records, examine your bite and give you an honest, straightforward assessment, with no pressure.
Transfer FAQs
Will I have to start over?
Usually not. In most cases we can continue from where you are, sometimes with a few small adjustments.
Can you continue my Invisalign treatment?
In many cases, yes. Your Invisalign case can often be transferred to our office.
What about what I’ve already paid my previous orthodontist?
We’ll review your situation and clearly explain any remaining fee before you decide anything.
